Submit Your Surgical Guide Files
Before Sending Your Case
We require certain files. Below are what we need.

CBCT Scan

Intra Oral Scan or Impression For Models

Dual Scan For Soft Tissue Guide Only.
(does not require IO scans/impression)
Cases will go into production once all requirements are received.
Turnaround time is 7-10 working days overall. Rushes can be accommodated. We need 2-3 working days to get the initial planning done and can then set up a meeting for approval. Anything submitted after 11 AM is considered next business day.
Single unit cases can be approved via email, off of the PDF plan we send the doctor. Multi-unit cases usually require a virtual meeting via zoom. After this meeting is completed, we will need an additional 5-7 working days to finish fabrication. This includes ordering necessary parts, design and printing of the guide and models, and assembly of the guide.
If the doctor chooses to not move forward with the guide, there will be a $95 charge for the review of the CBCT and any planning completed. If in the future they decide they would like to move forward with the guide fabrication, we will take this amount off of the final charge.
Surgical Planning Session
Thank you for scheduling your surgical planning session! Please allow the lab 3-4 business days after sending CBCT & impression to schedule your session to ensure we are properly prepared for our meeting. We look forward to meeting and planning your next surgery together!
Tooth Borne Guide
Usually for a single implant (or multiple) in addition to existing dentition. This can also sit on the soft tissue.

Bone Borne Guide
For multiple implants on edentulous patients and requires reflecting the tissue.

Soft Tissue Guide
A dual scan is required. This is for edentulous patients with an existing WELL-FITTING complete denture. The guide will copy the intaglio surface of the existing denture and is held in place with fixation pins. A full CBCT with radiographic markers is required along with a second scan of the denture with radiographic markers out of the mouth. This scan of the denture can be done with a CBCT or intra-oral scanner.

Bone Reduction Guide
A bone borne guide that will require reflecting the tissue and is held in place with fixation pins. This is a guide to aid in the necessary bone reduction and has a flat plane to show the doctor where to reduce to.

Bone Reduction Guide with Stacked Implant Guide
The above guide with an additional guide for implant placement. This secondary guide will stack on top of the bone reduction guide and lock in with specifically placed notches and an additional fixation pin.

Bone Reduction Guide with Stacked Implant Guide – Magnetic
The above explained guide with the addition of 3-4 magnets. The magnets link the osteotomy guide to the bone reduction guide for a more secure hold.

Fixation Pin Delivery Guide
An additional optional guide to aid in the predictability of bone guide seating. This guide is used prior to any extractions and anchors to existing dentition. It includes fixation sleeves that are in the same alignment as the bone guide. The fixation drilling is done at this step and then the anchor pin guide is removed. Once ready to seat the bone guide, the fixation sites are already drilled and just need to be lined up with the pin sites on the bone guide.
